Here are some examples of how our technology is boosting around the world:

• ChacoNET uses Motorola Solutions' wireless technology to bring Internet coverage to more than 130 villages across a 5,200 square mile area in the Chaco region of Paraguay. Internet access has brought huge benefits to the region. For example, when the roads become impassable and farmers are unable to reach the main towns during the rainy season, they can check the market prices of cattle and other farmed products via the Internet from their village.
• Motorola Solutions' wireless broadband technology has brought the Internet to the sparsely populated Salinas de Guaranda region of Ecuador. Ten thousand people have benefited from being online, including schools that are using virtual classrooms to maximize their limited teaching resources. Local businesses have set up an online ordering system, which helps them accurately match production with customer requirements.
